Boys Cross Country Finishes 9th At Sectionals
The Oredocker boys cross country team finished 9th out of 14 teams at the WIAA Sectional Cross Country Meet in Rice Lake on Saturday, October 23rd. Ashland's top finisher was Dylan Uitto, who was 20th with a time of 18 minutes, 17 seconds. Jackson Fiamoncini was 25th at 18:23:47. Ashland's 3rd, 4th, and 5th finishers who counted for the team score were Dylan Anderson, 62nd - Nicholas Pully, 69th - and Michael Zunker, 70th.

Adeline Bauer 2nd at Dan Conway Classic
Ashland sophomore Adeline Bauer was second individually at the Dan Conway Classic Cross Country Meet at the Nemadji Golf Course in Superior on September 9th. But the Oredockers did not have the minimum number of runners to place as a team. Bauer finished with a time of 20 minutes, 41.7 seconds, 22.8 seconds behind the winner, Tayler McMeekin of Superior. The Ashland boys placed 7th in the meet. Jackson Fiamoncini led the way for the Oredockers, finishing 21st.

Chequamegon Bay Invitational Cross Country Meet
The Ashland Boys finished 5th in the 13-team Chequamegon Bay Cross Country Invitational on Thursday, August 26th, at the Chequamegon Bay Gold Club. The Oredocker Girls, despite Adeline Bauer's 5th place finish, did not field the minimum number of runners and were unranked.

The boys were led by Jackson Fiamoncini, who finished 14th with a time of 20:10.2. He was followed closely by Dylan Uitto in 17th place in 20:28.9. Dylan Anderson was 21st, and 4 Oredocker runners were bunched from 46th through 57th: Michael Zunker at 46th, Deryk Parduhn 50th, Nick Pully 52nd, and Lucas Herron 52nd.

Northwestern, led by Emmett Johnson, who won the race by more than a minute ahead of the 2nd place runner, won the team championship, Followed by Chequamegon, Superior, Solon Springs/Northwood, and Ashland.
